Terms
The terms that apply when you book catering or order food from us.

About us
These terms apply to bookings and orders with Rexel Mobile Cooking Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 12642100, registered office 37 Gloucester Road, Coleford, England, GL16 8BH. Contact us on 07799 016609 or rexelmobilecooking@gmail.com.
Requests, quotes and confirmation
A booking request through this website, by phone or by message is not yet a booking. We reply with availability, a menu and a price. Your booking or order is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing (by email or message), and that confirmation sets out the date, menu, number of guests, price and payment terms.
Prices on our menu are in pounds sterling. Package prices are a starting point; the final price for an event depends on the menu and number of guests and is set out in your confirmation.
Payment
You pay as set out in your written confirmation. If a deposit is needed, the confirmation will say how much and when it is due.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us about changes to the date, menu or number of guests as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate them and will confirm any change in price before it applies. Cancellation terms for your booking are set out in your written confirmation. If we have to cancel, we will refund everything you have paid us for that booking.
Allergies and dietary needs
Tell us about every allergy and dietary need among your guests when you book. We will give you the allergen information for each dish in writing. Our kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from them. See our allergen information.
On the day
We prepare food in our own kitchen and deliver it ready to serve at the agreed time. Please make sure we can get to the venue and have a suitable space to set up. For BBQs we need a safe outdoor area for our grill. Hot food should be eaten promptly; leftovers should be cooled and refrigerated quickly and are kept at your own risk.
Our responsibility to you
We provide our food and services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If something is not right, tell us as soon as possible, ideally on the day, so we can put it right. Email rexelmobilecooking@gmail.com.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
