Rexel Mobile Cooking Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 12642100, registered office 37 Gloucester Road, Coleford, England, GL16 8BH. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Booking details: the date, venue postcode, number of guests, the service and dishes you are interested in, and any message you send.
- Dietary needs and allergies you tell us about, so we can prepare your food safely.
- Payment records for orders you pay for, kept for our accounts.
How we collect it
You give it to us when you email, call, text or message us, including through the booking form on this website. The booking form does not store anything on our website: it opens your own email app with your details filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send.
How we use it and why

We do not send marketing emails, and we never sell your information.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business: our email provider (Google), the company that hosts this website (Vercel), our accountant, and HMRC where the law requires. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months. Records of bookings and payments are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as required for tax purposes. Allergy and dietary information is kept only as long as we need it for your order.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email rexelmobilecooking@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
