Rexel Mobile Cooking is run by chef Erdogan Donmez. He founded the company in June 2020 to cook Turkish and Mediterranean food for people in the Forest of Dean: food for weddings, birthdays and family dinners, and the cakes that go with them.
Everything is made by hand and freshly prepared for each order in our kitchen in Coleford, from braided cheese pastry and içli köfte to trays of pistachio baklava. We deliver it ready to serve, and for BBQs we cook on our charcoal grill at your event.
We also help cafés and restaurants with menu creation and kitchen staff training.
